Standard Account customers can add up to 10 seats to a product, but if you want to add 11 or more seats, you'll need to upgrade to an Enterprise Account.
Adding an 11th Seat
As a Standard Account customer, if you attempt to add an 11th seat, a message will appear "Congratulations! You have qualified for a Key account". By clicking on LEARN MORE, you can explore the benefits of upgrading to an Enterprise account. If you are interested in learning more or completing the upgrade process, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Adding a 10th Seat
When you attempt to add a 10th seat and currently have nine or fewer seats, a message will appear indicating that "you are one seat away from qualifying for a Key account." You will have the option to either email sales or learn more about upgrading to an Enterprise Account. You can proceed with submitting your seat increase by clicking on the CONTINUE button.
