If the email migration wizard fails to load, here are some possible reasons:

  1. Internet Explorer 11 - This browser version is no longer supported by Microsoft and set to end in June of 2022. Due to it's age and lack of support, the migration wizard will not work.

    Solution: Log into the website from another browser (eg. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

  2. Ad Blocker - If you have an 'ad blocker' installed in your browser it may prevent the migration wizard from starting.

    Solution: Disable your ad blocker or use another browser that does not have an ad blocker installed.
